CeBIT 2008: IOMEGA PRESENTS NEW PRODUCTS FROM ALL BUSSINESS DIVISIONS FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM COMPANIES (hall 2, booth D56)

Geneva, January 2008. The backup and storage specialist Iomega moves this year to hall 2 and presents product news for business clients in the area of it's REV technology and NAS (Network Attached Storage), and furthermore in the area of multimedia and gaming. Iomega offers a broad portfolio, which reaches from hard drives for private users, professional SOHO-users and family-networks up to storage-solutions for SMBs.

One of the highlights, that Iomega will bring to CeBIT this year, is the worldwide launch of the third generation of REV drives and media, for the professional storage, backup and recovery of business data. As an alternative to tape, the REV-family, based on hard drive technology, has been developed further and unites the advantages of removable storage with the velocity of hard drives.

From the area of Network Attached Storage (NAS) powerful and cost effective business-solutions for Windows and Linux-environment will be presented, that complement Iomega's StorCenter Pro family.

In the consumer segment Iomega will present new products from the multimedia and gaming area. All in all Iomega will be present at CeBIT with the complete range of B2B and B2C products as well as with the new complete portfolio for Mac-users. In the focus of Iomega's holistic approach are the easy handling, service and smart/fancy design.
