Biography:

Mr. Huberman is responsible for the Consumer and Small Business Products Division of EMC Corporation and also leads EMC's China Growth Initiatives. In his dual roles, Mr. Huberman oversees Iomega products and programs around the world, leveraging EMC technologies while targeting the consumer and small business markets with a variety of data storage solutions. In addition Mr. Huberman leads EMC's strategic growth initiatives with the goal of dramatically expanding the company's business in China.

After leading publicly traded Iomega Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman, Mr. Huberman assumed his current positions following EMC's acquisition of Iomega in June 2008. Before joining Iomega, Mr. Huberman was a Managing Director and founding partner of aAd Capital, a hedge fund focused on investing in small to mid-sized public companies. Prior to founding aAd Capital, Mr. Huberman spent nine years as a Partner at Idanta Partners, a private equity affiliate of the Bass family interests. During his tenure with Idanta, Mr. Huberman made private and public investments in many industries including a variety of hardware, software and services companies in the information technology sector.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Huberman was a Case Leader with the Boston Consulting Group, a strategic management consulting firm, where he focused on the technology and consumer products industries and advised clients on a range of issues, including corporate and business unit strategy, marketing strategy, new product development, and reengineering. Mr. Huberman also held a variety of marketing positions at Cray Research, the leading manufacturer of supercomputers.

A native of Washington, D.C., Mr. Huberman graduated with a BA in Computer Science from Princeton University, and received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Huberman also served as Special Advisor to the Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from 1999 to 2001.
