What forms of payment do you accept?The Iomega Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
Does the Iomega Online Store charge sales tax?The Iomega Online Store collects and remits sales tax in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
Does the Iomega Online Store ship to military addresses?The Iomega Online Store will ship to APO, FPO and AE destinations, but please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order.

Can I place an international order through the Iomega Online Store?At this time, the Iomega Online Store only ships within the United States and Canada.
I placed an order for U.S. delivery and selected Next-Day. Will this arrive tomorrow?In stock items ordered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) by 1:00 PM EST will be shipped that day. Barring events beyond our control, such as severe weather, your order should arrive the next business day (currently not making Saturday deliveries). Please keep in mind that some remote areas of the country may take longer to service.
Some of the products I ordered are on backorder. Is there an additional charge?No. Your credit card will be charged for in stock items and for shipping. For a backordered item, we will charge your credit card when we are able to fill your order. There will not be an additional shipping charge.
Can I check the status of my order?Yes. In Customer Service, you may track your order by entering your order number and shipping address zip code.
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?In stock items will be processed for shipping as soon as the order is submitted and cannot be canceled. For out of stock items, please call (888) 516-8467 for service, Monday thru Friday between 8:00am & 8:00pm ET.
What is your return policy?Iomega offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products shipped in the US and annual iStorage subscriptions purchased through the Iomega Online Store, except software that has been opened, software downloads, and monthly iStorage subscriptions. Annual iStorage refunds for subscription cancellations will be pro-rated based on remaining subscription time. Should you wish to return the item for any reason, you must call (888) 516-8467, Monday thru Friday between 8:00am & 8:00pm ET, to receive an RMA number and must do so prior to the end of the 30th day following shipment of the product by Iomega. After the 30-day period you may only return the product under Iomega's limited warranty terms. All returns must be in the original Iomega packaging and contain all items provided with the product.

Where can I get support for Bernouli or Floptical products?Bernoulli and Floptical customers can call Comet at (801) 436-0000, for technical support and repairs.
Why do I need to provide my e-mail address?We will send your order confirmation and any updates in e-mail.
Why do I need to provide my telephone number?The shipping companies require a phone number in case there is a problem delivering your order.
What does "Remember my username" mean?
When you login, your browser can "remember" your username. Check the box and you won't have to fill in your username when you come back. For your protection, we do ask you to re-enter your password.

How does this work?

What is the calculation for product capacities?
- Product capacity is specified in megabytes (MB), where 1 MB = 1 million bytes.
- Product capacity is specified in gigabytes (GB), where 1 GB = 1 billion bytes.
