Plus, secure your memories and backup automatically with award winning EMC® Retrospect® software (PC/Mac) and for extra protection backup online with MozyHome™ Online Backup service with 2GB free.

• Remote Access*—With remote access, you can connect to your pictures, videos, and files from anywhere in the world – as though you were sitting right at your workstation or home computer! Enter a personalized web address into any browser, and you will be easily downloading and uploading your files securely. Administrators can easily change network hard drive settings, like adding users and folders from any web enabled device. The first year of remote access is free. Custom domain names, such as www.yourfamilyname.com, are also available for additional charges. Remote access services are provided by TZO, the trusted name in Dynamic DNS Services.
• Torrent Download—Torrent is the new standard in peer-to-peer file sharing. This technology facilitates download management, making it easier and faster to download large media files. With direct file transfer to your network hard drive, say goodbye to those unfinished downloads!
• Apple Time Machine Support—Users running Mac OS X 10.5 or higher will be able to use their Home Media Network Hard Drive as a backup target for Time Machine – Apple’s built in backup software. Competitor’s network storage devices without this specific support can’t be used with Time Machine.
• 3-Year Warranty—Register qualified units within 90 days of purchase and receive a warranty extension up to 3 years.
• QuikProtect—Offers simple file-level data protection for your desktop or notebook computer to any Iomega backup device (hard drive, network hard drive, or StorCenter).
• FTP—A simple FTP implementation is included for customers that require basic FTP functionality

• Photo Slideshow—Create a photo slideshow that can be seen by anyone with web access. It's as simple as adding picture files to the slideshow Active Folder.
• Photo Resize—Easily resize photo files to the right size and dimensions, while keeping your originals intact, by dragging them to a resize folder. By far the easiest way to batch-resize multiple photo files! Add a watermark as they are resized to protect your digital content rights.
